Dr. Lewis P. Stolman MD. FACP, FRCP(C) established the Dermatology
and Laser Center of Northern New Jersey in Livingston New Jersey with
the goal of creating a center to care for skin, hair and nail problems
of people of all ages. Over the years, he has stressed an intensive
technical approach to medical problems while maintaining a warm and
personal contact with each patient. This special combination has been
the hallmark of his practice.
Dr. Lewis Stolman received his medical degree from Queen's University
Medical School in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. He completed his dermatology
residency at New York University Skin and Cancer Center where he served
as Chief Resident in Dermatology. Dr. Stolman is Board Certified in Dermatology
and a Fellow of the American College of Physicians as well as the Royal
College of Physicians in Canada. He keeps his knowledge current through
research, writing of scientific articles, attending postgraduate seminars
and independent study.
Dr. Lewis Stolman has served as Chief of Dermatology at Saint Barnabas
Medical Center in Livingston, New Jersey and Chief of Pediatric Dermatology
at Children's Hospital in Newark, New Jersey. He is a Clinical Professor of Dermatology at New York University School of Medicine. He is actively involved in the training of internists, pediatricians
and dermatologists, some of whom you may meet in the office. Dr Stolman
has been recognized as one of the best dermatologists in the United States
in the nonprofit publication "Guide to Top Doctors".
Dr. Noushin Heidary MD, is a board-certified dermatologist who specializes in medical dermatology, dermatologic surgery and cosmetic procedures. Dr. Heidary graduated cum laude from Princeton University and continued her studies at New York University School of Medicine. During medical school, Dr. Heidary won the American Dermatologic Association grant to do extensive research focusing on pigmentary abnormalities. She completed her dermatology residency training at the Ronald O. Perelman Department of Dermatology at New York University Medical Center where she served as Chief Resident and received the George Lipkin prize for a “resident who is an excellent clinician.” While at NYU, Dr. Heidary received extensive training in cosmetic procedures, including Botox, fillers and laser surgery.
In addition to detailed research in the areas of allergic contact dermatitis, cutaneous manifestations of chemotherapeutics, and pigmentary abnormalities, Dr. Heidary has published numerous articles in peer-reviewed medical journals, such as the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, about dermatologic diseases and treatment.
Dr. Heidary is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. She is well-known for providing premium dermatologic care with a personable touch.
At the Dermatology and Laser Center of Northern New Jersey diseases
